This is a very simple, quick and easy breakfast recipe. And I would say it is ideal for people who don’t have much time to spend making and having their breakfast. As it is eggless it also helps in cutting down extra calories. So here’s the recipe for Eggless Pancake:

Serving : Makes about 6 pancakes


  • Plain flour – 1 cup
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Milk – 1/2 to 3/4 cup
  • Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp (optional)
  • Honey – for drizzling


  • In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. Then pour in 1/2 cup milk and vanilla essence and whisk together till the batter is smooth and lump free. Add a little more milk if the batter seems too thick.
  • Heat a non stick pan and pour a ladle full of batter into the pan. Cover and cook for a minute. When bubbles appear on the top, flip the pancake with a spatula and cook for another minute and remove fro the pan.
  • Serve hot with honey drizzled on top.
