Ingredients

  • Strawberries – 1 cup 
  • Full cream thick yogurt – 1 cup
  • Condensed milk – ½ cup
  • Cream – 1 cup 
  • Icing sugar(sifted) – 2 tbsp 
  • Halved strawberries – for garnishing

Method 

  • Clean the strawberries thoroughly and thinly slice or mash them.
  • Mix in cream, icing sugar, hung curd and condensed milk. Blend thoroughly.
  • Freeze in an air-tight container for at least 6 hours or overnight before scooping into bowls or icecream cones.
  • Top with fresh strawberries and enjoy.
