- Strawberries – 1 cup
- Full cream thick yogurt – 1 cup
- Condensed milk – ½ cup
- Cream – 1 cup
- Icing sugar(sifted) – 2 tbsp
- Halved strawberries – for garnishing
- Clean the strawberries thoroughly and thinly slice or mash them.
- Mix in cream, icing sugar, hung curd and condensed milk. Blend thoroughly.
- Freeze in an air-tight container for at least 6 hours or overnight before scooping into bowls or icecream cones.
- Top with fresh strawberries and enjoy.
