Ingredients

  • Chicken                     -250gms
  • Carrots                      -2 (Sliced)
  • Cabbage                    – 11/2 cups (coarsely chopped)
  • Onion                         – 1 (chopped)
  • Honey                         – 3tbsp
  • Soy Sauce                 – 2 tbsp
  • Pepper                       – As required
  • Ginger-Garlic paste   -2tsp
  • Salt                            – to taste
  • Oil                              -4tbsp
  • Green Chilies            – 3 nos (chopped)
Method
Cut the boneless chicken into bite sized pieces. Cook the chicken in water with a pinch of salt and pepper for 15 to 20 mins. Fry the carrot and cabbage and onion separately till it slightly changes in colour and set aside. To the remaining oil add the ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Add honey, soy sauce, salt and pepper to this and stir well. Add the chicken pieces and the fried vegetables to it and cook for another 5mins. Remove from fire and serve hot garnished with the chopped green chilies.
